No taping policy, but supportive of the taping scene.
On January 20, 2005 Jay Mathes gave his OK for archive.org:
"RE: also, could I share this fan recording for free with other fans in the online library of archive.org?"
Jay responded: "Thank you so much for your email. Feel free to share the recordings as much as you'd like."
